Join us at Georgia’s first Asian American Studies Conference! Our theme is “Solidarity, Community, and Justice for All.”

This one-day conference brings together scholars, artists, lawyers, and community organizers to showcase the breadth and importance of Asian American Studies, particularly in the South. We will have sessions on queer Asian American experience, Asian American feminist and decolonial astrophysics, cross-racial solidarity, Asian American resistance against empire and immigration justice, and Asian American Studies situated in relation to Ethnic Studies.

We believe in uplifting the voices of underrepresented Asian American identities and experiences in our collective fight for justice. Stay tuned for more details on the workshops, sessions, and talks we’ll be hosting on this exciting day of Asian American learning and community-building!
