The Department of Peacebuilding Act of 2019 most likely, will be introduced within the next four to six weeks. The bill is similar to the 2017 – 2018 bill, but will likely include some practical, and timely revisions.

We will March behind the Department of Peacebuilding banner at the MLK Jr. march in Atlanta, which begins at 1:45 pm (after lining up at 1:15 pm). We will march down Peachtree Street and on to Auburn Ave, to the Martin Luther King National Historical Park, where the rally will occur at the corner of Auburn Ave. and Jackson Streets immediately after the march.
Directions on MARTA: Take the Blue, Green, Red or Yellow lines to Fivepoints MARTA Station: When on Peachtree Street, turn Left and walk up Peachtree, past Woodruff Park (across the street), to Ellis Street (that runs beside the Ritz Carlton Hotel)
Or, Take the Red or Yellow line to Peachtree Center MARTA Station and turn Right on Peachtree Street and walk to Ellis Street, you will see the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the corner. www.itsmarta.com
