The Library of the Commons is a cooperative co-working space and resource hub in Atlanta, Georgia.
The space is intended for us to work in community and to contextualize our projects in the good work already happening in Atlanta, in history, and in the contemporary global movement for systems change.
The Library intends to support the emergence of a mutual aid network between precarious workers with one foot in the old system and one foot in the next economy rooted in values of equity, sustainability, & solidarity. Only through supporting each other may we bring the world we envision into being.
Open house events are an opportunity for those interested in becoming members to learn more about about our cooperative costs and governance structure, check out our growing and diverse book collection, and meet other members to learn about their work.
Member projects include: the Digital Sovereignty Collective, Citizen-Consumers United, Next System Series, Convergence, A Just Transition, and Negotiating Space.
