Join Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities, Gwinnett STOPP and Interfaith Children’s Movement on Saturday, February 16th for the continuation of the series “From Lockers to Lockdown: Black Boys, Special Education and the School to Prison Pipeline.” The DeKalb County location will be announced soon.
We’ll begin to identify next steps that we can take to help stop school pushout.
This event is a must attend if you are the parent, guardian or caretaker of a child who receives special education support. We also encourage students who receive special education supports to attend and join in creating a community plan.
The event is Free!
